Nice looking

Had this delivered approximately a month ago to a tenant occupied apartment. There was a slight dent in the left side that really did not affect the operation of the stove so it didn't seem worth while to return it. The tenant however reported that the top surface of the stove got extremely hot when the oven was used. Apparently there is little or no insulation to prevent this from happening. A design flaw that should be corrected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Day in the kitchen

I have really enjoyed the performance of the new GE stove. My only draw back in the difficulty of keeping the cook surface clean in appearance. Simply wiping over it after cooking does not leave it clean looking. I have to go back and polish it with window cleaner and buff with dry cloth.

The came in the house I bought, I'm not a big fan of electric coils, I like the glass top more, but this is nice and gets the job done.

Have enjoyed my new range. Had had a GE range for more than 50 years and that one did have features which are no longer available, which were very convenient - but have found this to be a very good product this far - will see if it will last 50 years!! Forgot to include time bake - but that was my fault.
