Great effective product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Vornado Energy Smart Evaporative Humidifier as a sample in exchange for my honest opinion. The vornado humidifier is very simple to use, just fill the tank with water and turn the machine on. The multiple fan settings allow you to customize the unit to your needs. The vornado is definitely energy efficient and is a smart choice if you are considering purchasing a humidifier. The one thing that it does lack is a remote control, which would have been a nice addition.

Effective overall but disappointed with humidifier's sound level and humidistat option. I have several Vornado fans and had always been pleased with their quietness at lower levels. This is quiet at it's lowest energy saving level but it does take time for the humidifier to reach the amount of room humidity where it will reduce it's power to that level. The sound of humidifier fan, which is similar to the cooling fans found in the older large desktop computers, is otherwise noticeable. Adding to this is the inability to set the humidistat lower than 40%, I'm comfortable at 30 - 35% and having a wider humidity range would be even more energy efficient if that's what your looking for. I'd be happy if I used this humidifier to only maintain the room's humidity level during the day, but am disappointed with it for use overnight as a bedroom humidifier.

A good quiet humidifier

One of the best humidifiers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product! My husband has been suffering from sinus issues for almost 2 months. He's been on every antibiotics possible. I work at an urgent care and the only thing that has made him better is this! It really purifies our air and gets the dust and toxins out of it. It gets the water out of our air so our nasal passages don't dry up! This literally saved him!

Really knows how to moisten things up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This humidifier can really moisten things up, without making it too wet. Down South, we go from really dry to crazy wet real quick. The weather is so unpredictable, it really messed with the sinuses. My wife gets nose bleeds quite often because of it. The humidifier definitely helped her, especially after a really hot, dry day out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Energy Smart Evaporative Humidifier doesn't compare to others in the market. It is modern looking and really works hard for its size. I would def buy this humidifier over and over again because it really helps bring wetness to the room. I used it on my sick child and it worked perfectly and helped him breathe overnight. I will def be telling everyone about this humidifier and taking it with us on all overnight trips this summer!

EVDC300 Energy Smart Evaporative Humidifier I like that is good no water I like the warnty 5 yers and 10 yers on the DC moter that is relay good and it has strung plastic on it too and the water tank it super light even with full with water I like the water inactor light to tell me wen it needs to be refilled up and the smart mode works very good is energy efficient and quiet
