Missing Text & Green Line

My daughter & I got the V30 when it came out to replacement the V20. Little did we know the phone was smaller and I wasn't too happy about that. The problem we are now having with our phone is text message. I can send me daughter a text and she never gets my message, so with that being said I'm a mom so I'm thinking she is just not answering my text. Then I'm finding out she never even got the message, so I let her see my phone so she can see when I sent her a message. After doing all that I'm still not believing her cause I'm thinking she deleted my message, so I stand in front of her and text her and sure enough the message never went to her phone. So now sometimes when other people text me there name will pop up and the message will disappear. When I catch it I text that person back and say "did u just text me cause your message didn't come through" and my daughter is having the same problem with her phone did it too. My daughter also has a bright green line that has just come out of nowhere what is going on with our phones. Right now I just feel that AT&T is beyond stupid and they are no help. They want to replace the phone for a second time and that's not fixing the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd be fine with this phone for the next 2 years if it continued to work and got speedy updates...too bad the customer service doesn't live up to its name (and LG doesn't provide speedy updates). I've had multiple issues with various service claims and updates issues... I wish I could say I was a committed lifetime LG customer but my experience so far (after 2+ years) isn't backing this up. Don't hire powerless third parties to take care of your warranty claims. It's lazy and not personable.
