The spec on this phone are very good, and of course as soon as you get it, the chip manufacture releases a new chipset that's faster... But that is the nature of this business. The camera is not all that it was said to be. LG should of made one of the dual camera dual aperture capable. Then it would of been Amazing!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Faulty Camera Lens Covering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on the release day through AT&T. It was suppose to have come with a two year warranty, and I paid for insurance on it. Within the first week the glass covering the camera lens shattered for no apparent reason (in the middle of me taking pictures). I took it into the ATT retailer I purchased it from, and he said that was a known issue with the previous version (LG20) but this was so knew there were no reports yet. It was from an impurity in the glass. The best they could do for me was to send it back to the manufacturer for 2 weeks and see if they would cover it or not (with no replacement phone in that time). I thought this was an unacceptable answer for a phone I paid over $800 for, had for one week, and carried insurance and a two year warranty for. So I have decided to move phone carriers, and never buy another LG phone again.
Pros: easy to use

The Best Phone I Have Ever Had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned my V30 for 4 months now and I have no regrets at all. It is a beautifully constructed phone, and it performs wonderfully. That being said, it isn't all perfect. Some reviews bashed the screen on this phone, and I've got to disagree with them for the most part. The color shift at an angle is there, but it's really not bad. Plus, I don't know anyone that views their phone at an angle and this is NOT unique to the V30. Other phones also have color shift at an angle, though it's more of a reddish hue. The only display issue is at low light, and yes the it is there. The blacks on a black background can get crushed, but it is hardly something to complain about. I only ever really see it while doing some late night browsing before bed. Outside of these two edge cases, the screen is fantastic. It's get plenty bright, the colors a vibrant and it doesn't have the slight screen retention my V10 seemed to suffer from or the bad burn in of my last OLED so it's pretty great from my prospective. Also, I feel it would be a great disservice the HiFi DAC and the camera, they are both great. The DAC is the best in any phone, period. While I think the cameras are fairly underrated. It would be hard for me to give up the wide angle lens, you can just capture photos that others can't and they always look great not to mention the amazing amount of customization and options you get with all the different modes. I love this phone, and I can easily recommend it and have recommended it to friends and coworkers.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this v30 today and am extremely happy with all the features and it all works as. Advertised compared to my iPhone I give that a 5 the V30 gets a 10 plus it looks and works great

Way Better in Person

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a V10, this phone is absolutely amazing and way better than I expected it to be. I spent countless days researching the V30 anticipating its arrival until it finally came out. I waited a week just to see if there were any down sides to the device and there were a few but they were issues that I had not experienced after purchasing the device. As a power user, this phone is lag free, handles anything I throw at it, and it is the most pleasant viewing experience on a phone ever. No display issues that I've heard about and the battery lasts me a good 12 hours. The camera and it's features are just amazing and words do not do this phone justice for the pictures that it produces. Best listening experience on a phone as well with an average pair of headphones. Using hi fidelity headphones must be out of this world. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone cause I had the lgg5 and it was time to upgrade, ever since then i have been 10 times happier with LG's phones
