this is by far the worst phone I have ever own

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this phone is brand new so I go to the store to have it set up I there 2 hours I come home and the next day I decide to change the key board it says shut off phone and restart it so I turn it off to get it back on I had the finger print thing active and a password the fingerprint does not open the phone and no the password does open thee phone either so after spending hour putting everything back on this phone I told the only way to start it is to reset it so I lose everything I go to the store they can not do anything either but reset it so we do it then I am ask for my gmail and told I have to have one or the phone does not work so I had it three day and have not been able to use it at all and oh the fingerprint thing is a joke I use any finger to open it and all my grandkids open it to with there finger its way over priced and not what it say it does is lies
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lousy Blue tooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this phone in November. When the Oreo up date came out the Blue Tooth began to skip. None of the fixes on the forums work. I would not purchase a phone from LG until they have resolved this issue. Other than that it is Great phone.

This is NO V20 :-(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for about 6 months. it is slow. The screen resolution is sub-par. I went from the V20 which felt was the BEST smartphone ever to this garbage!! The battery life sucks. Now every NIGHT at 10:00 my screen turns to a yellow hue. I can not advise this phone. If you can get a V20, do so!!
