I love this Phone

I don't miss the removeable battery, the battery life is super impressive.

The Perfect Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I delayed upgrading my last phone for an extensive time waiting for this phone. I did not know I was waiting for the V30, but when it was revealed, I knew this was it!
It has beautiful geometry, mind blowing speed, and of course, an astonishing camera!
Competition has nothing on this phone, I love it. 10/10 would recommend!

It took everything I loved about my g4 and upgraded the things that I didn't care for. The screen is beautiful even with the brightness turned down. Its great not having to worry about phone dying before the end of the day. Even with heavy use I still have over 50% by the time I go to bed.so far I haven't found anything I don't like about the phone, it does everything I need it to and
more. I haven't received my daydream yet but I'm sure that will make me fall in love with the phone even more.

Camera blows me away

I love the amazing light yet durable battery, i can stream music all day and not hardly use any battery.Then I can take it floating and snap the best pictures I have ever seen hands down the best phone I have ever had.

Great phone with a HUGE screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone right after it was released about a month ago. Prior to the V30, I'd owned two Samsung Galaxy phones (S4 then S6). Adjusting to the placement of the home button/fingerprint scanner took a day or so, and now it feels as natural as before. My hands are small, so the size of the phone makes using the fingerprint scanner a little awkward, but with the addition of a popsocket, it isn't an issue for me. Speaking of the size of the phone, it's big! Looking at my Galaxy S6 now, it feels so small in comparison. This makes watching videos on the phone much more enjoyable - especially with the very small bezels. Obviously it's still a phone and a smaller platform to watch videos on, but watching Netflix on the treadmill at the gym just becomes a much better experience. The sound quality with the quad DAC is phenomenal and makes me so happy when I plug in a set of earbuds. USB-C is a fantastic standard. The phone works well with Android Auto in my car after some initial troubleshooting - the key was getting a high quality USB-C cable and uninstalling and reinstalling the Android Auto app on the phone to force it through the set-up process with my car. The camera is leagues ahead of my old phone and I love the wide view. The battery life has been excellent thus far - even with heavy use it holds up for me. Overall, no qualms whatsoever about straying from Samsung. LG has made a quality phone and looks as great as it performs.

Love the phone except for...

I was not disappointed to see that they phone handled like a proper LG phone with new features and a new design. Love that the camera is able to record well in dark/loud environments as well as capturing fast moving objects with minimal blur.
