Disappointed!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed that shelves don't "hug" the back. There's a gap. Disappointed that it's on rollers that don't lock. Feet would be better. Interior lights take up too much room. Need one more shelf in freezer.

Complaint and disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a white refrigerator a side by side and it does not have an icemaker. So we ordered 2 different ice makers that supposedly we would be able to use with this refrigerator and every time the delivery personnel came they could not put it in. There were 3 different delivery personnel that attempted to put it in. We even called whirlpool and they had no solution to our problem and did not even seem like they cared to help us. The disappointment is that whirlpool should be able to provide this service or at least provide some training for accomplishing this task. So we are manually making ice cubes and feel we will never be able to have an ice maker in our freezer

Nice refrgerater but it has its problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The front height adjustment on one side did not work, had to shim it to get it level and the refrigerator makes more noise running than my old one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Whirlpool side by side refrigerator because because it was the only one I found that I liked. I like the bright lights inside and the glass shelves. the frig is the quietest I have ever been around. I like the shiny surface to. I wish the frig had a special place to put the ice trays.
