Great frudge/freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge came with our new-build townhouse and it's been wonderful! We've never had a fridge/freezer like this where the freezer isn't a box shape above or below the fridge, and it has been nice to not have to bend over into the freezer to put things in/pull things out. The freezer side is a little thinner than we like, but if you organize the space properly, it can save space and be efficient/practical. Same with the fridge - it's an adjustment to get used to the slightly thinner version of it (as the width of the fridge side isn't the entire width of the fridge/freezer), but it is nice to have the drawers at the bottom for fruits/veggies. The fridge/freezer controls were easy to use and it also came with 2 ice cube trays which is great! Overall I'd rate it 3.5 to 4 stars. Not an ideal fridge as I feel there's room for improvement, but it's good and works well.

We were happy to be able to get a side-by-side again. Hated the 'french door' box it replaced. Only issue is we miss the third drawer (small one for cold cuts, cheese, etc). We'll make do with tupperware containers or something. Box is very quiet (but seems to run a lot).

31 inch side-by-side style works in limited space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this side-by-side fridge for a month now and generally very happy with it. I chose this model to fit a 33.5 inch opening I have that previously held a 31 inch fridge - unfortunately 31 inch models no longer made and 30 inch models are generally very basic. Still getting used to side-by-side shelf widths, but am liking the shelves in the freezer section and larger fridge drawers. Fridge temperature is a bit colder than expected at normal setting, so set to next lower level and working for us. If the stainless steel finish would be more fingerprint resistant (compared to previous stainless steel 30 inch Frigidaire fridge sent to basement as second fridge), I would give a 5 out of 5 rating for this Whirpool refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Whirlpool Side-by-Side Refrigerator almost a month ago. It went in an enclosed wall space. I am very happy with it. I like the inside layout, more space in the door, type of selection to adjust temperature and freezer layout. Everything seems to be working perfectly.

Disappointed and Frustrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator delivered 4/25 and hasn't been cooling or freezing adequately. Awaiting replacement which has created many challenges and inconveniences. Emotional stress and financial stress due to inability of storing required food and drinks. Expected delivery of 6/4 is difficult.
