So much space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this side by side and I am happy with the space it provides. A gallon of milk can fit on the shelf or on the door. It seems easy to clean and the shelves appear to be durable.

Doesn't get ice cream hard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit does NOT get below around -2 (according to my thermometer) in the freezer so the ice cream is always soft. I have to put ice blocks in the freezer around the cartons of ice cream to get it sort of hard. I had a factory tech come out and he said it was running to speck (around -5 in the freezer and 31 in the fridge side). I am very unhappy with this unit and will not buy anything by Whirlpool again EVER!!!!! PS-we had a 30 year old Whirlpool that got to -10 in the freezer and worked wonderfully... We never should have got rid of it!!!!!

Lack of cheese drawer is a bummer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a side-by-side that did not have the water/ice dispenser and this was the only option I could find. It seems to be a good, functional refrigerator. It has two good crisper drawers but no cheese drawer, even as an add-on. This is appalling! So I got some free-standing refrigerator bins but I'm not real happy about that solution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
