Shelves fall out and fridge freezes water pitcher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had this a few months but since day one, the fridge was too cold, of course we turned it down to the warmest setting but the top shelf items (nearest the cold air duct) will freeze if not disturbed for 24 hours. I could live with that, but the shelves in the fridge door just fall out and everything smashes on the floor, not once but several times. The shelves are deep enough for 3 heavy gallon jugs, but we've never abused them that badly.
I was on the phone several times for help and the call-back service didn't call me back. I've resorted to using polyurethane caulking to stick the shelves on to the inner door liner

Nice and big and bright

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had for four months. Nice and cold and bright and big. Bottom drawers stick and plastic has cracked in door shelf. Not sure if plastic was faulty or not. Freezer could use lore drawers instead of shelves .
