Product great....trail appliances horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Your product is amazing....but trail appliances has the worst customer service ever.at no point did they try to contact us regarding delivery or its delay.i had to phone myself when the delivery never happened. I will never go to them ever again and told all of my family and friends of the horrible service.

Pros: -Very stylish design
-Good freezer capacity
-Cool food evenly
-Large storage space in the refrigerator door pocket

Cons: -Slightly noisy
-Condensation forms on the freezer door gasket. Wipe twice a day.
-Small vegetable drawer. It's a good idea to make the LED light behind the drawer smaller and the drawer larger.
-Lower door pocket depth is a bit too tight for a 4L milk jar.

FANTASTIC FRIDGE

Lots of spaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy to buy the white color as it is really nice with the glossy white doors and rest is matt white, perfect match. Only if they had added an extra shelf on the door as the spread is too far apart and lots of wasted spaces. Also the swinging of the door is still an inconvenient as it hits my pantry. Otherwise it’s a great frig for the price

I chose on purpose a model without ice maker, since they had given me problems in the past and they also take up a lot of space, while I use the freezer side a lot, especially before and during Thanksgiving and Christmas.
