Ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like that the ice maker access in not on the door. It leaves more room in the freezer and it avoid spills if the water and ice handles are pulled by mistake.

A little on the noisy side, but good fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a replacement fridge (side by side) with no ice maker and a size that would fit my existing cabinetry. With limited available choices, this was really my only option. I have had the fridge for about a month now, and I really can't complain. There is plenty of room and I really like the lighting in both the fridge and freezer. I was a bit nervous when I read the reviews about the compressor noise. They weren't exaggerating. You can definitely hear the compressor kick on when you're in the room. With all the other noises in my house, it's not a big deal, but I can see this being annoying for someone with a small apartment. One thing I wish this fridge had was a draw for deli items (cold-cuts, cheese, etc.). All in all, good appliance for the money.
