It's like a walk-in closet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My objective in buying this fridge was to replace the smaller 15cf fridge I had to increase my storage space in the house. The 15 footer went to the garage to store over-abundance from our garden. This 22cf fridge allows me to store about 2 conventional top freezers worth of stuff in it and it's easy to see everything and keep stuff moving in a timely manner. Love it! I didn't want an exterior water dispenser as I live in the country and have hard water. Just something more to clog up and require servicing, imo, so I wanted a fridge without that. Perfect!

Very disappointing customer service

The instructions for the ice maker specified for this model does not match the fittings on the refrigerator. I called Customer service. I was transferred to the service department, who said they could not help. They transferred me to the parts department, who also said they could not help. I was told that Whirlpool does not have a department that can assist customers who face this problem. I was told to call a local handyman or appliance technician for help. Unbelieveable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very spacious inside

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the inside compartments; can fit in so much stuff. The only setback is that they did not have the fingerprint-resistant feature on this size/model. The other model which is fingerprint-resistant has a wider width which did not fit in our space.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was to replace a 29 year old Norge through a home warranty contract. After spending several weeks researching refrigerators, due to a restriction on size, this was the only refrigerator I found that met my needs. I was concerned about the fact that the bins in the door had been enlarged to a size that would accommodate something as large as a gallon of milk,which took up a lot of the shelf space inside the refrigerator. This refrigerator does not allow me to store nearly as many items as my old fridge The freezer is ok, even though there is one less shelf and door bin than in my old fridge. I do like the "sleekness" of the outside design and at least the outside dimensions fit nicely into the space in my kitchen. I am giving this a yes as far as recommendation because it is a nice looking refrigerator, and I feel sure I will become accustomed to less storage space inside.

Met our needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were limited for space and did not have a water line so we did not want ice or water dispenser so this met our needs and was similar to our old one. I do miss the sealed snack drawer and shelf positioning is limited. Overall it’s fine.

I love this new fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with this new side by side fridge. It makes finding things in the freezer easier. I highly recommend this refrigerator. The only thing I wished it had was the fingerprint resistant feature because I was limited on size options so I couldn’t get a fridge with that option.
