Temperatures fluctuate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my old fridge for 25 years before it finally couldn't hold freezing temperatures anymore. I bought the whirlpool fridge and it lasted 24 hours before it too had freezer temperatures fluctuating all over from zero to -20 and back again. They brought out a replacement fridge last week. It seemed to work fine initially and then it too has begun to have temperature issues. The freezer temperatures vary from -20 to 0 then back to -20. Over a span of say six hours. The temperature in the fridge varies as well but not as bad as the freezer. Is this
normal ??? Other than the temperature variations it's a nice fridge.
I wouldn't know anything about the temperature variations if I didn't have thermometers in the freezer and the fridge. I see why the fridge don't come with thermometers in both departments because obviously the whirlpool people don't want customers to see how much the temperatures
vary. Is this normal, is this how our fridge is supposed to work ???

Just what we needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator about a month ago. Wasn't sure if the black color would be suitable....well it was! Matched our other black appliances. This refrigerator is just the right capacity for us. Love the lighting inside, nice and bright. Lots of room on the door shelves to store items. I like the adjustable shelves in the body of the refrigerator. The freezer is compact but suitable for our needs. We had a side by side refrigerator and this one is a great update - energy efficient and quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fits my Space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a specific size for my kitchen space and this Whirlpool fit the bill. I am happy overall with the capacities of both the refrigerator and freezer, but I am disappointed with the stainless steel finish. I can't seem to get it streak free when I use a stainless steel cleaner on the front door panels.
