Lacking adequate shelf adjustments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually I would rate it at 3.5. We are happy enough with the temps that the fridge and freezer can be set to to keep foods either frozen (Freezer) or cool (Fridge). What we are not all that happy with is that there are not enough possible adjustments that can be made with the shelves in either the fridge or the freezer but especially in the fridge therefore we do not have the versatility that we had with our old Amana fridge and the fridge does not hold as much food as our old 22 cu ft. And the Fruit and Veg. crispers are not well engineered to efficiently utilize the space they occupy. Again, compared to the crispers in our old Amana. All in all, just more cheaply constructed than the fridges of old.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Fridge for One Person

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new build condo came with this model and it's a perfect size for one-two people. I like that the freezer is full length so I am not always bending over to retrieve things in the freezer. Downside on this fridge is that because the freezer and fridge parts are length-wise, the freezer is thinner and can a lot of items have to be turned on the side / not lay flat to fit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just what I needed

Generally Happy with Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had this refrigerator for a few weeks, but so far it works great. It is pretty roomy and not as noisy as some other reviewers have indicated. It needs more shelves in the freezer, however, and I am unhappy that Whirlpool doesn't offer a way to order more. There are slots where I can add them! Also, the outside finish seems finicky. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel is not consistent -- there are some mysterious dark spots along the edges that we can't remove.
