Poor Workmanship and low quality of material

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coil cover in the freezer is out of alignment..
At this moment, I still missing leveling feet after I received the refrigerator and no customer service know what leveling leg is.
On the stainless sheet surface, I can feel the vertical strip buffer. Inside the refrigerator, the PVC material is not even make any clear coating compare to my eight years ago refrigerator from Whirlpool. The side door alignment tool is not even with the refrigerator.

Very disappointed with the fridge.

Fridge delivered on February 7, 2022, fridge doors don’t line up, and seal visibly does not seal, delivery guys comes adjusts says best they can do, doors don’t line up, seal is almost closed. May 18, 2022 new fridge/freezer is hot all food goes in garbage, called whirlpool, am told that it is probably my fault from abuse, first service man can come May 30, 2022, I said you realize I have no fridge, “Oh um hmmm sorry” , is all she says. The guy comes say the part to regulate the temperature is not working, orders a new one, June 3,2022 part is in fixes it tries to adjust then says “This is a tight fit it may have warped the fridge, opening is 36.3 inches, fridge is 36 inches. Then service man says something about a nuts not on properly, he readjusts, seal closed, doors almost line up. “Best I can do” he says. Very disappointed in the way whirlpool handled it, and for accusing and blaming the buyer before they know what the problem is. And if it is warped maybe it was the wear house in Calgary that banged it around, or it being driven hundreds of miles over crappy winter roads and two provinces and not tied down properly, probably the wear house guys here dropped it, so for you to blame the buyer right off makes me question your credibility and your business ethics the most.

Basic & affordable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge/freezer died overnight. Needed new one urgently. Called several nearby sellers to basic stainless steel whirlpool in small size to fit our space. Got very lucky w/ Carlsons Appliance & had my new one delivered same day!

Nice Fridge!

Average, at best fridge.

Have had this fridge for approx. 2 years now. Bought it as it matched our height requirements. Looks good but build quality leaves something to be desired. As others have mentioned one needs a thermometer as temperature seems to fluctuate considerably. Our former fridge (about 28 years old) was better.

Problem with New Fridge

Exactly the same problem as previous user. This refrigerator doesn’t have the leveling foot as the instruction manual listed. It can’t be stabilized from rolling. It just keeps rolling back and forth. It also missing the door alignment tool.
