Handle broken after a month

This is my third Xenon backpack. Evertyhing is ok, except the handle, the plastic looks really cheap. I´m really disapointed because the handle broken after a month. This never happened with the previous ones I had. PD I usually carry my battery charger, headset, speaker, laser pointer, hard-drive, sunglasses, cap, passport, cell charger and 15" laptop (nothing heavy).
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Lightweight, Stylish

The zipper of the laptop pocket of this bag is easily opened, so if you run with the bag on, you can experience the absurd thing that the contents inside pour out.
