Top handle built terribly

This is my second Xenon backpack. The top handle on the first one broke after 4-5 years. I wasn't upset because that seemed like a fair amount of time. The top handle on this one looked more reinforced, so I was excited about that, but less than a year into owning it, this handle is about to come off. I use this every day for work, and I'm very careful using this handle (taking it in and out of my car), but it just seems like it wasn't built to last. It's a shame because I like the backpack other than this one design flaw.
Pros: Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Lightweight, Stylish
Cons: Poor Quality, Tears Easily, Weak Seams
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken handle after a month

This is my third Xenon backpack. Evertyhing is ok, except the handle, the plastic looks really cheap. I´m really disapointed because the handle broken after a month. This never happened with the previous ones I had. PD I usually carry my battery charger, headset, speaker, laser pointer, hard-drive, sunglasses, cap, passport, cell charger and 15" laptop (nothing heavy).

I had one previously that was much bigger than this one and had it replaced a couple of times since the zippers broke twice. You don't sell it anymore and it just had more room than this one.

Great quality construction. I like that it keeps it's shape. Fits under the seat and the top handle makes it easy to pull out from under the seat. Has plenty of interior organization. 15" MacBook fits nicely and is well protected. Shoulder straps offer plenty of cushion. If I could add anything it would be a sternum strap.
