I received this backpack as a gift from my employer a couple of years ago. I love it. It’s strong and well made. The straps are thick and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for everything you would need to carry for work, school, or a weekend trip. I recently bought one for my daughter for school and it’s perfect for her laptop and school supplies. I would recommend for anyone who has a lot to carry and likes to stay organized.

The second day the zipper came undone and my computer and papers fell out. Was very shocked as this is supposedly a great quality brand. I had a cheap bag for the last 9 years that the zipper never once did this. I've been too busy to contact anyone. But not happy with my purchase.
