Bought this backpack for my wife to use when we travel. Bag is a great size with plenty of storage space and internal compartments. Also has a "flat" bottom so it does not tip over when sitting there. Overall, she seems to be very happy with it.

This backpack is well designed and made for business users or college students. After my son's backpack was broken from normal usage when he was a sophomore, I gave him my 2-year old business backpack (Xenon 3.0) as a replacement since he was in a rush going back to NYC. He also liked it, and now he is a senior student at NYU. If Samsung is listening, it could be improved by using different (lighter) colored interior lining to make it easier for users to find things in its pockets in a darkened conference room.
