Used maybe four times and won't power on.

My son's bought me a pair of these as a gift. Set them up and put one in the bedroom and the other in the formal dining room. The dining room only gets used on Christmas and I know it worked two Christmas's ago, it didn't work this year. I forgot to look further into it until today and noticed that it won't even power on. So for a per use cost, not worth the money. It just bothers me because I felt like I really researched their purchase.

Great-Sounding Speaker Crippled by Google

Speaker is loud and powerful, sound is great; however Google chromecast audio capabilities ruin this product. Speaker disconnects from home WiFi network on its own whim and refuses to show up again when resetting with Google Home app. Received a warranty replacement and same issues persist.

totally disappointed

After three hours and getting on with tech-support running tests to determine that this wonderful sounding speaker from what I can hear with the sounds coming out of it for setting it up will not in anyway shape or form connect to Wi-Fi so it is being sent back for them to look at and possibly replace it really is too bad chrome cast doesn't make it easy it's a bit cumbersome it gave me up but only put out a speaker like this that simply connect to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi without Chromecast it would be amazing but I am completely disappointed in this set up it just doesn't work maybe I have a defect.

Automatically turn on without interference

Impressed for a small speaker

The quality of the sound is great for small wireless speaker. I think it is perfect for a bedroom or other area where you aren't expecting a huge thumping sound. It is plenty loud and the quality improves after it is used for a while. The chromecast works awesome! As stated in many professional views, this is a great value speaker!

Awesome little speaker! Documentation...ehhhhh

I bought this speaker last year and it still sounds awesome. I'd definitely recommend it. Now to the documentation part. I connected it initially with the Google Home app with no problems. At some point I had to change my wireless password and I couldn't reconnect with Google Home no matter what I did. There is a reset button but it's an impostor button, pretending to have a job but I think it's fake news. Nowhere in the manual does it explain how to reconnect. So what to do? Try different button presses until, viola! Pressing the volume + and - at the same time for at least five seconds reset the WiFi. It then showed up in the Google Home app. I hope this helps anyone that may have the same issue. Cheers!

Good sound, but unusable with video or games

The sound is good, though the dalay in both bluetooth or chromecast mode is very noticable. It is impossible to use this speaker with movies or videogames, since the picture is always out of sync.
