when your hands great greasy while carving, it is a bit difficult to work the knife. I would prefer it if the knife had a raised/separate handle, but it still works!

We had started buying Cuisinart kitchen appliances, pots and pans, etc. about 8 years ago. This electric knife is the first Cuisinart knife we’ve ever had and are extremely happy with the overall quality and easy usage! I have to say neither of us were surprised with the performance of this knife, as we own several Cuisinart kitchen items and love each one of them. This review, however, is the first of its kind from me. Totally hooked on Cuisinart; they’ve never disappointed us!
