purchased this electric knife to carve our holiday prime rib roast. The cuts were very precise so the portions per person were exact. Seems like the roast lasted longer as we had more leftovers with hardly any waist. Ended up making beef soup where all the leftovers ended up. Nothing was wasted.

I received this knife as a Christmas gift. So we have only used it once and were very disappointed. It claims the handle is user friendly but unfortunately it was too bulky for both my husband and I. This caused the knife to ge very hard to handle.

It overheated after slicing half of a precut spiral ham. So hot we couldn’t hold the knife. I returned the product. Very disappointing.

Power button position makes this almost unusable

Nice knife but the power button is in a horrible place. You have to use your thumb to hold down the button to work the knife. This is very uncomfortable and makes the knife almost unusable for large projects like slicing a roast or turkey breast for lunch meat. Will be replacing this for sure.
