Been using the Cuisinart electric knife for many years now. I tried other brands but none pleases me like this one does. Comfortable handle and you don't have to hold down multiple buttons just to make a slice. This is definitely my go to electric knife.

This electric knife is a replacement for a very old one. It's easy to use and cuts sharply through breads and meats. The handle is comfortable to hold. I have less strength in my hands than I did when I was younger, so to hold the "on" button down the entire time I am cutting is uncomfortable to me, and I sometimes need to hold it with both hands. I would love one that had the option of locking the "on" button while operating it.

What a difference it makes to have this great electric carving knife. Carves a turkey in a few minutes. My husband loves it-doesn't mind the job now. And I love that the blades can go right in the dishwasher

So far I am impressed with this knife. I bought it to slice home made bread and it really does a great job. I usually do not buy Cuisinart but the price was good. I have bought Cuisinart products in the past, but they have barely lasted a year!!!! So we will see how long this knife lasts!!!
