I do enjoy the non slip grip, especially when carving a greasy turkey. But I find that my thumb gets tired pressing the power button down also causes loss of grip. Power button on the side would provide a more secure grip. But would need to work for both left and right hands.

All parts are functioning properly. I happen to have small hands and the knife is a bit big for me. Otherwise it is a functioning and very sharp electric knife. I use it once in a while.
