Great once installation was done.

The instructions for this unit were not written by English speaking people and even the pictures are not accurate. It took a great deal of translating but we finally got it done. Love the remote. The sound is not loud. It does cool the room. Timed delay to start or stop is a good idea. Wish it had a read out to explain if it is on air condition or fan part of cycle so I'd understand if it's done cooling and into fan. My thermometer is not right beside the unit. Room temp reading would be nice also. Maybe next year guys?

WOW THIS AC BY LG IS REALLY SO COOL. LOVE THE REMOTE WHICH MAKES IT EASIER. I HAVE OTHER LG PODUCTS AND STAND BY THE BRAND. A SIDE BY SIDE REFRIG AND A FRONT LOADING WASHER. LOVE ALL THREE PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE WELL MADE.

Unit cools a very large bedroom with no problems. It is also very easy to install. Does not make too much noise for a window unit.

Had previous LG air conditioner and when it stopped cooling, I bought a larger LG unit that works much better for cooling the area I need cooled.

Good product, the instruction a little confusing. the remote also confusing but worked it out . all work's well so far so good. I LIKE IT.

I bought my LG airconditioning unit in early May.It was a breeze to install and is cooling my home in grand fashion,I live in the Desert and it averages over 100 degrees for month stretches.As it did in part of June and most of July thus far this year.My home is cool as can be and I am happy with my LG!!!!!!
