This LG window air conditioner is a great poduct. I purchased the unit to cool a large upstairs area in my home. It exceeded all my expectations for performance. The area is very comfortable now for my family and I to spend time in. I would say to anyone looking for a unit to do the job it was designed for, to purchase this one.

Love my LG air conditioner

I had a wonderful comfortable summer with my ac and will be buying another for my bedroom next year. Absolutely recommend.

Feeling Cool! :)

I read the reviews of so many air-conditioners prior to buying, and I decided on this unit. Boy am I glad I did!!
I LOVE this air-conditioner. I use it on the 2nd floor of my studio office which is located outside of my house.
Before buying this unit I was continuously sweating while trying to work. Now, I am comfy and cool and don't mind working at all!
The remote is great because it's located across the room from me, so I can turn it on, change the fan speed and/or temperature at any time without leaving my desk.
Thank you LG for keeping me cool at home while I work! :)

It was easy to install with the removable chassis. It cools very well. I would have liked better air direction and a little quieter running unit would be nice.

Would like to see a automatic feature

Would like to see a automatic setting on the control so you do not have to adjust fan speeds when temperature is reached and fan speed is too high. Even in the dry mode it needs constant adjustment to stay in a efficent cost mode. Economy mode just shuts it off at the last speed selected

This A/C is junk bought this is number 3 and once again the control panel does nothing will never buy another LG product again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the bundled washer and dryer and I am a little more critical of the dryer. The washer seems fairly easy to use- and is pretty quiet.
I like the glass top so you can see the clothes inside. It also uses so little water we're almost wondering if it is getting the clothes clean.
I do think the placement of the detergent dispenser- at the back under the lid is not great design but otherwise we're pretty happy.

Loved the features - but

This unit died in the first 60 days of use. Bought another one in hopes it was just a fluke, since I loved the savings on my electric bill by using the "Energy Saver" feature
