Have been using this AC for about a month and it cools great. Love the clean filter feature and being able to control it using a remote.

Very good air conditioner

I have had this A/C unit for 2 months now. It has performed trouble free, and does the job of cooling my 400 sq. ft. room nicely (summers are 110 here). I like the filter cleaning reminder feature (and the ease of resetting it), and the very simple filter removal / re-installation procedure. The remote makes it easy to turn the unit on & off, set the temp, fan speed, and mode. In the time I've owned it, I have not run it 24/7, but it's operating much longer than it's turned off. I've noticed that the front plastic grill has bowed in slightly, but this is purely cosmetic and doesn't affect functionality at all, and is barely noticeable.

Cools our basement/garage in NC

We got this A/C to help cool our basement/garage here in the Outer Banks and it has done a great job. The remote is very handy to have. Some days we only have to use the fan and it still helps cool things down. Very happy with this unit.

My wife and I have been enjoying this air conditioner and still have it installed in our window. We use the fan mode often. We also love that it alerts you to clean the filter, which is a very simple thing to do.

Love all the features

I bought this LG air conditioner after reviewing it in consumer reports. It cool quickly and efficiently, it has a dry mode a a drain to de-humidify your room. The fan is powerful and has the ability to cool a large area. I would definitely recommend this to others and purchase it again. I noticed it sold out early in the season from the location I purchased it from.
