No service for my lemon refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refridgerator on April 4, and the unit has already stopped cooling in both the freezer and the refrigerator. Thank goodness i kept the old refigeratpr around!
I have not been able to get the unit serviced yet. There are no warranty technicians in the area and i have not heard back from a group to whom the service request was forwarded. I was assured i would hear from them yhat afternoon or the next day at the latest.
Hold times for customer service seem to always start longer than 45 minutes. Since i work during the business hours which the service department is open, it is very hard for me to dedicate so much time to trying to get an answer.
The refrigerator died on Friday, 5/22. Customer service wasnt open until tuesday, 5/26. I still have not heard back from anyone and it is now Thursday. And yes, i have tried to work this through the online system, but since my zip code is not in a service-able area, i am forced to use the telephone.
Wish i had known about the service problem before i bought the refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice refrigerator

Happy with Color!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many appliance manufacturers do not have many white refrigerator choices. Thanks to Whirlpool I was able to find a white refrigerator during the pandemic. My favorite feature is the drawer for deli, mest and cheese. I like the design on how it opens. Thanks Whirlpool!
