Just delivered July 17 2019. Only problem I've had so far is I need a owners manual can't find one for this model number. About recommending yes with a manual.

A great improvement over my GE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got rid of my GE because it had all these unnecessary nooks and crannies in the drawers and under the shelves. Gunk would get stuck in these places, and I couldn't get it out. I felt as if I was harboring unknown germs and other crud in my kitchen. When I looked at this model, I checked first for nooks and crannies. There aren't any, so I wrote a check.
Also the wide drawer across the bottom of the GE was nearly impossible to remove. It also had an open bottom, so anything that got spilled ended up under the fridge, on the floor where it was impossible to clean up.
I wanted a fridge with the center drawer. But it was only available with the water fountain inside. That took up too much space, and wasn't necessary for me.

Good So Far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a constantly malfunctioning Samsung with similar features a month ago. Have a lot more confidence in this Whirlpool that it will function without repeated service calls and expense. We like the large crisper drawer but are still figuring out how to use the reduced shelf space vs the same size Samsung. Also, the Whirlpool has an obstruction in the top that reduces space for tall bottles. But, all in all, we're happy with it and will be more happy if it functions a long time with no maintenance.
