Everything seems to be fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All works well. The only complaint is that water drips from the ice/water tray that leaves streaks on the door. You have to wipe it down daily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Yikes, Sam678! I apologize for the troubles this has caused your family. Factory suggested temperature settings for the refrigerator are 37 degrees and freezer is 0 degrees. Should you need to change your temperature, allow 24 hours for the new temperature to stabilize. Also, check all vents making sure they are not blocked, to allow for proper air flow.
