"Stainless" Steel Disappointment

This fridge came with the newly built house. The reason why stainless is in quotes in the title is because the doors are rusting without excess water on them. Even when I clean with an oil-based solution they still rust. Also, one of the door bins broke, not the manufacture's fault but because my kids put too much in it, and I can't find the replacement on the website. I also see that the other bins are showing signs of cracking. It does it's job by keeping things cold and makes ice at least. Added a picture of the rust. This is only one place as there are many others

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the fridge as a whole functions properly, the ice and water dispenser design is horrible. Condensation drips from the ice dispenser and rolls under the water catch tray. The tray is sealed and allows the water to drip down the front of the fridge leaving water marks and rusting over time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator came with a brand new house. It has leaked since I have had it. 2 times the Apliance repair person has been to the house. 3 times coming up. We have a big lemon refrigerator

Frig leaks water from the dispenser in the tray

My Frig was replaced a few days ago due to ice build up in freezer. Also the water & Ice just continue to drip water and if you dont want water in your tray all the time. You have to continue to dry the drip plate out. I agree with several people who have complain about this same issue. Just maybe this product it not good. The water should not drip continuously all the time. THIS PARTICULAR MODEL IS DEFECTED ESPECIALLY WHEN SEVERAL OWNER HAS THE SAME ISSUE. I MAY SURE THE FLAP ON Water and Ice is not sticking. Too much work for me to keep water out of the tray. Especially when away from home days. A mess it make. Fix it and make as better product.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We certainly understand your concern! In the proper conditions, water should not leak out of the dispenser. Please check the chute for any frost or blockage! If the water is dripping from the water spout, the system may need to be purged of air. To do so, continuously press down on the paddle and fill a glass with water for a total of four minutes (dumping out the water as needed). This should prime the water lines for proper dispensing. If the issue continues, please give us a call at at 800-374-4432 Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm EST at your convenience so we can assist you further!

Makes too much noise!

Please note some surfaces on floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make these sounds more noticeable. There are many normal sounds of operation that will come from a refrigerator such as yours.
