Beautiful inside and out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design for the affordable price. It keeps everything perfectly cold and frozen. Just a watch out, if you set the freezer side too cold, the lid that opens to dispense ice will condense the water in the air and it will start dripping. Unfortunately, the tray that is supposed to catch that water doesn't have a seal against the frame and the water ends up collecting under the tray and dripping down the face of the door. If this happens when you're away you'll end up with streak marks on the steel.

Plastic doors inside on the opening door are poor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had two plastic holders that are on the inside of the fridge door that stores items break in the last 2 months. They are poorly made and funny part is I just opened the fridge and they literally cracked. The fridge is only 8 months old.

Great Fridge

This has to be a nightmare. The first one came damaged.. the second one came making really loud terrible noises and the tech couldn’t fix it and now the third one isn’t even 3 months old and is cracking inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The power went out for almost 2 days and the refrigerator didn't stay cool for long. Had to move all my food to the garage. I had a GE refrigerator before and the food stay cool for at least 24 hours.

Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. How long the refrigerator stay cold during a power outage depends on how full it is and how often the doors are opened. Most refrigerators stay cold for about 4 hours, but the doors should be kept closed as much as possible to maintain the cold temperature. A full freezer will keep the temperature for approximately 48 hours (24 hours if it is half full) if the door remains closed.
