Not a good quality product

It came with the new house. This was builder's choice, not ours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lock feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a toddler and the the lock feature on the water and ice dispenser on the outside of the door has helped us a lot, because he likes to play with the buttons.

It keeps items cold, drawers stick

Since it was part of my builder package. The drawers stick and hard to use. I’ve tried parifin wax to make them slide better but does work either. Not crazy about the refrigerator. Food is kept cool and frozen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rub the gliders of the drawers, and the guides on each side of the refrigerator with olive oil to ease the gliding action. Then reinstall to ensure they are installed correctly in the guides.
