Ups and Downs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ice maker and the overall design is very handy. Just that one main drawer isn't on the track/unable to use. I've had a few people look at it and it is a problem that is not fixable by just putting it back on the track. Making almost a third of the refridgerator unusable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Monikabobonica, I am glad to hear how much you are enjoying your new refrigerator. I am distressed to hear of the crisper drawer being difficult. Please remove the offending drawer completely to ensure it has been installed correctly in the guides, and to give you access to the guides and gliders. Rubbing the gliders of the drawer (the part that the drawer hangs from), and the guides on each side of the refrigerator with olive oil, may help to ease the gliding action.
