very noisy

This is the only appliance package that the builder offered.....we didn't have any choice. The refrigerator and especially the ice maker are very noisy. Very annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Jferrero, I am glad to hear you are enjoying your new refrigerator. I have a suggestion that may resolve the matter for your wife. Please empty and remove the drawers completely to ensure they have been installed correctly in the guides. While the drawers are out of the refrigerator, please rub the gliders of the drawers (the edges that go into the supports), and the guides on each side of the refrigerator with olive oil, this may help to ease the gliding action. Leaky ice dispenser

Sorry to hear about your experience, Cg20. Do you see any ice blocking or frost forming around the outside or inside of the chute? Ice in the door/chute could melt and leak down the chute. A quick fix is to open the door look down the chute and clear any frost or ice build up. Do you see any droplets forming at the tip of the water dispenser or is the tip wet? Air in the water line could cause water to drip from the water dispenser. You may need to prime/purge your water line. You can find this info on page 19 of your owner's manual here- http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodinfo_pdf/Anderson/A07198502en.pdf. Decent for the price. Makes some louder than norma

Just okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new fridge came with our new home and, although it is large and provides enough room for our groceries, I feel the drawbacks outweigh the pros. When you push the 'crushed ice' ice chips go all over the floor as well as in your cup, the doors can be really difficult to open and you have to pull so hard that the fridge rolls forward a little bit, the filtered water from the fridge is luke warm not cold, and one of the clear drawers gets stuck every time I open it and the other two don't glidewell. Overall very dissatisfied with this fridge.

Wipe down the gaskets to try to loosen them if they are sticking too much. Rub a piece of wax paper along the edges of the drawers that are sticking and worth them back and forth in their tracks to lubricate them. Frosty Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge/freezer was installed as apart of my home purchase contract. The freezer was frosting over at the final walkthrough inspection & the builder thought he could fix it by adjusting the temperature. After closing, it took 2 maintenance visits and a new seal to fix this brand new appliance.
