Broken drawer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the trays were installed someone put them to close together and now my top drawer won’t open because it rubs on the bottom drawer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Firefamy, I am sorry for any frustration and inconvenience this drawer matter may have brought to you and your family. Shelves may break suddenly if nicked, scratched, or exposed to sudden temperature change. Allow the glass shelves to stabilize to room temperature before cleaning. Do not wash in dishwasher (page 17 in your Owner’s Manual). Please remove all the food from the top drawer, then remove the drawer itself to ensure it is properly in the glides. Rub the bottom edges of the top drawer, and the top edges of the bottom drawer with waxed paper (this may help the sliding and allow more ease when opening and closing) where they are rubbing. Love the simplicity!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using it for about a month. I love the simplicity and the amount of space. Easy to clean. Easy to organize and maintain It that way. I had the three door fridge before this one and as pretty and modern as they are I don’t want to go back to it. The only thing I don’t like our the drawers. They are not easy smooth to pull out or push back in.

Squeaky drawer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the drawers squeaks really loud when you open or closed, it's pretty annoying. I got a new home and it was already installed. Over all it's a good fridge I just have that 1 issue.

Has a few kinks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new home a month ago and they had purchased this fridge. The refrigerator door has no stopping mechanism so it is constantly flying open and smashing into my pantry door. The freezer side however does not do this and has no issues. When I brought the tech out here he saw the issue but said Fridigare can do nothing to fix it. The cheese and deli drawer also was rubbing on the above shelf creating a horrible screeching noise. Both had to be replaced. The look of the refrigerator is beautiful and the shelving is plenty but I would of gone with another brand had I been given the option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
