Top drawer issues .. hard to pull out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into a new house with this refrigerator installed. I’m not crazy about it. The drawers don’t glide very well and fall down without hardly anything in them when you try to open them. It also makes strange noises that I’ve never heard a fridge make before. It’s ok but definitely going to be having mine looked at in hopes it’s a fluke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback on your purchase. We understand that some sounds coming from your refrigerator can be a little strange. Your refrigerator can make many sounds, such as snapping, clicking or gurgling. Which are a part of the normal operations.
Also, a tip that can alleviate your drawer matter is to rub waxing paper on both sides. This can assist with any sticking and help it glide smoother.
However, we would like to gain a little more insight pertaining to them not staying in place. At your convenience, please contact us at 1-888-203-1389 Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST and Saturday 9am-6pm EST, so that we are able to do so.

Lots of cold storage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful addition to our new stainless kitchen. The fridge is very spacious, in addition to the 3 shelves and 5 door shelves, the three drawers help keep all my fruits, veggies and deli meats and cheeses in easy to reach places and at the correct storage temperatures. I love the glass shelves, easy to clean and no spills.
As an added bonus the filtered water is the coldest water I have ever tasted from a fridge door :-), and the water filter is easily accessible from inside the fridge instead of at the back of it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
