Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Refrigerator came with my purchase of a new construction home. It does the job and has plenty of space for food storage, however, I continue to have issues due to the ice dispensior. The stop ice trap on the ice dispenser closes to slowly and if you don't double check a piece or 2 of ice will become lodged. This allows room temp heat to enter the freezer....and eventually with enough time it will cause condition build up that freezes the ice machine and prevents ice from dispensing.

Not worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It been difficult maintaining the proper tempera tire and my produce continually goes bad. In addition my freezer had frost bite although I had it set to recommended setting.

We understand you are having some concerns with your unit freezing food, such as produce. If your unit is not used often, this could be the source of your issue. It appears that your model's crisper drawers feature humidity control, which allows you to adjust the humidity within the drawer. Always be sure to wash items in clear water and remove excess water before placing them in the crispers. Leafy vegetables keep best when stored with the humidity control set on higher humidity, or in a drawer without humidity control. For non-leafy vegetables or fruits with skin, set the humidity control to low. Also, try setting the refrigerator temperature slightly higher. Allow 24 hours for all temperatures to stabilize after adjustment. If these tips don’t seem to help, connect with us and we would be happy to help. Works like a dream!

Super Annoying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get that refrigerators all make noise but this is super agitating. It non stop sounds like its making ice and never is and EVERY time I call about it I get the same answer, there is natural motor noise. On top of that I can not open the bottom drawer without the whole top glass piece its set on coming out with it. I will never purchase Frigidaire product on my own, the only reason I was forced to have this refrigerator was because it came with a new house we purchased.

Great features

I bought my Frigidaire a few days ago. Overall the refrigerater is great. I just have one problem that I have been trying to check on. When opening and closing the refrigerator side, the door makes a popping sound. Was researching to see if this was normal. Havent figured anything out yet. I swear I hate noises, so this is very annoying ot me.
