Bad deal and shelves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer door opens every time you close the fridge and then has to be re-closed. Doesn’t seal very well. Shelves in freezer fall out all the time

I recommend wiping down your door seals to ensure a sealed connection to the cabinet. Also, please ensure the refrigerator is tilted 1/4' from front to back.

Seems to be working internally, but still semi crooked after tech came out to fix it and the door began to click again, when opening it. Very low grade refrigerator. When we replace it, we will NOT purchase this brand.

Just okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge came with the house. We bought the model home from the builder and the unit was already here. I don’t like side by side. I prefer a French door refrigerator with a freezer drawer.
