Having trouble regulating the freezer....get "snow" on/around ice container.
And ice and water dispenser are a little too quick...both dispence too quickly make a mess.
Also what type of stainless cleaner do I use....I have a lot of water stains under dispenser?
Never had a side by side before.....prefer the freeze drawer...much bigger.....but as I said, it came with the house.

Horrible

This is the 2nd review I have written on this refrigerator due to the fact that we have had it now for 6 weeks and have had three repairmen in our home. If I could give this 0 stars I would. We bought this to go with the rest of our appliances being installed in a new home build. We moved into the home mid February 2020. We started noticing that our milk was going bad before the use by date. Then leftovers were going bad quickly. The next thing we noticed was our frozen foods were starting to feel soft. at that point we knew something was wrong with the refrigerator. We called for service it took 1 week for a repairman to come out. He stated the compressor, heat exchanger and some other things would need changed out. I asked for a replacement since it would be another week for parts to arrive and get the repairs done and was denied. I was told by a Frigidaire supervisor " if they did that for everyone". Thankfully the company we purchased the appliance through sent us a loaner to use, Which by the way we still have because ours has ongoing issues. Next a different repairman came out with the parts and diagnosed a different issue than the first and ended up replacing the filter- drier. Now we have a new issue that's ongoing. we had a repairman out because we have moisture running down the refrigerator cabinet between the 2 doors constantly. The repairman said that the condenser fan is not working all the time and he reset it but it is getting worse. Now we have called again for another service call.
