Too Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was one of the builder's bonus items that came with my newly constructed house. This fridge is not fancy but is roomy and it keeps food cold/frozen. The doors stick and are hard to open sometimes and the fridge makes loud noises while its making ice or just simply running. Grinding and/or squeaking can easily be heard across the room. The handle inside the ice maker that is supposed to rise as the ice container fills up does not work properly, i have to remember to lift the handle to keep the ice container from over filling with ice. I can't remove the bottom freezer drawer without pulling the entire refrigerator away from the wall so the door can swing all the way open. I give 3 stars because it does work, but i feel the craftsmanship and mechanics need improvement.

Thank you for sharing your experience! It is normal for the refrigerator to make some noises while it is running, particularly when the ice maker is active. We understand they can take some getting used to! The following video should be helpful when identifying normal operating sounds: https://youtu.be/PLSixFjjuv8. The ice maker should stop producing ice when the bucket is full by sensing the level with the lock arm. If this arm is not clicking up automatically, we may wish to investigate further! Spacious and well equipt

Efficient layout easy to use controls and appealing looks. keeps food cold and the stainless steel finish does not show finger prints. the filter is easy to change and the interior is easy to maintain as well. A very well thought out refrigerator Quiet operation and makes ice fast. we Love it.

Efficient and Friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is spacious enough for the five of us and all of our needs. Shelves are way to adjust if needed. Temp is easy to regulate. Only complaint is that the ice maker can be noisy if it’s really quiet in the house.

Keeps things cold but so noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge is nice, but it makes so much noise. It sounds like it’s making popcorn most of the time. Our neighbor has the same issue. Pretty annoying but otherwise, it’s nice.
