[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this fridge is okay. For some reason it chooses to give you crushed ice instead of cubes. Not sure why this happens. Also the door makes a noise when you open it all the way.

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns! If your ice is only coming out crushed, the solenoid that switches between modes may be frozen in place or stuck. Try removing the ice bucket, closing the door and pressing down on the dispenser paddle with cubed ice selected. Do this for two minute intervals for a total of 6 minutes; this should warm up the solenoid and melt any frost keeping it in place. If you are noticing an issue with the door swing, the hinges may need to be adjusted. You can use the information on page 6 of your Owner's Manual to do so; the upper hinge should not come in contact with the door at any point during the swing. If you need further help, please give us a call at 800-374-4432 Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm EST at your convenience.
