The first time the tech came out and looked at it and said he had to order the parts. The second time no one showed up for the appointment. I was emailed that they would have to reschedule 2 weeks out! I have been with out a refrigerator for about a month. Horrible experience!!

Buy with caution

Have had this refrigerator for almost 5 years. The compressor has been replaced once. The control panel for the water/ice dispenser was replaced for a second time today. A switch controlling that dispenser replaced once.
I do love the door in door feature and the capacity.
I am hoping to buy another extended warranty, my 5 year ends in July.

i would give it a 0 of i could , its on its 2nd time the freezer is going out this time. 1st time it was both the fridge and freezer for it being as expensive as it is i expected it to last longer then a year. they came and said they have a lot of calls on these for the same issue wish i knew this ahead of time before spendung 4k on a useless fridge
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
