I love the confience of the doors and drawers, although I would make a change on the right hand drawer in the bottom. It's too wide to just open that drawer, you have to open both doors . I love the ice cubes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this unit in March 2017. Excellent features for the price! We really liked the shelf layout. The door in door is a great feature that we used often for milk and canned drinks. The temperature is controlled very well thanks to the air fan circulation. Probably the best featured refrigerator we have every owned! The wireless connection let us know via text to our phone if we accidentally left the door open, as well as let us see and change the temperature in both the freezer and top area. UNTIL it quick working 13 months after we purchased it. Not a big deal, but we really liked it. 18 months after purchase the freezer defrost element went out and shut down the entire cooling system. We were not at home for 5 days. When we got back we had to trash everything. To make maters worse that being out from under the 1 yr warranty, because we are in a rural area no repair company
that LG support gave info to us would come out and work on the unit. SO we had to buy another refrigerator(NOT LG). After a couple of weeks I was able to get in contact with LG community and they referred me to A&E repair, and we got the unit repaired! We still prefer the LG and have moved it back in place and are using it. THE REASON I ADDED ALL THIS LONG INFORMATION IS: LG has many features that top a lot of other brands! BUT, be sure and purchase a extended warranty, especially if you live in a rural area. That will help insure you can have repair service if you need it, and you will not wind up spending or wasting money on a second refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this new refrigerator at Home Depot for a little over what American Home Shield had offered me. It's an LG 27 cubic foot and it has every feature of my old one, plus more shelf and freezer space. It is a black stainless steel color and I love it. It's convenient for a family with kids because I can store their beverages and snacks in the door compartments for quick retrieval. The best feature is the ice maker location being inside the door compartment, thus giving you more shelf space. It really makes a difference. I love it so far!
