[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this new refrigerator, just a couple of improvements needed in the design. The right door does not open as wide as the left door. This impair total & full access to pull out right drawer for cleaning, and other access concerns as well. The full wide deli drawer could have been divided into two drawers, left & right. This way both main refrigerator doors do not have to be opened to gain access to the deli drawer.

Fridge is ok, Wish bottom drawer was split so you don't have to open both doors to open the drawer. Fridge connects to my router, but will not connect/register with my phone after that. I have sent 3+ e-mails requesting assistance and have not had a response. Tried to get on live chat for help, cancelled after waiting 30 minutes.

I have completed troubleshooting the problem (moving items away from the fan, cleaning the back of the fridge), but the fridge doesn't get under 45 degrees even though I have it set to 33 degrees. I'm disappointed this happened after the warranty.

Currently on a 8 day wait for the repair attempt on my LFXS28566 LG refrigerator that is TOTALLY OUT NOT WORKING just want to let the world know of my BAD experience with LG and Home Depot , they using A & E factory service a division of Sears for their historically SLOW service, I suggest everybody avoid all the above at all costs !!

I had some initial concerns that the ice maker —though slim—would not generate enough ice. However, I’ve found it produces ice very quickly—and I can store the excess the freezer tray. It also does not show fingerprints like stainless steel. The black version is visually appealing.

Quiet operation, much more interior room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is so much larger than my old side-by-side that I can't get used to it! And, it is so much quieter that I thought it had stopped working! I like the interior layout and the LED lighting. I live in Florida, so a cold water and ice dispenser was a requirement. The ice maker takes up much less space and is much quieter. I particularly like that the water/ice dispenser accommodates larger glasses and containers. Another great feature is the door within a door. It provides for easy access to frequently used items like coffee creamer, milk, and bottled and canned beverages.
The unit is deeper than I expected, but that is not a problem in my kitchen's layout. It does stand out more than you might expect. Obviously, a counter-depth model would have considerably less interior space.
I had a little trouble getting it logged onto Wi-Fi despite having more experience with this than an average purchaser. The matte black finish is a desirable alternative to the ubiquitous stainless steel.
