Cost effective and lots of storage space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my original refrigerator in August and it never worked properly. It took forever and no communication from Whirlpool to get a replacement. That is highly unacceptable in my books. I didn't get reimbursed for any groceries lost either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Happy with purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The one issue is that the shelves are not adjustable, and I would like a top shelf in top of the freezer door. We were told the filter was inside the refrigerator at the top, which was wrong as it is on the bottom of the freezer section which is what we were trying to get away from

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had three refrigerators delivered in one week. 1st one door hinge was bent. The 2nd had a dent in it. The 3rd was good. The delivery drivers extremely sucked, very unprofessional and lazy. I had to make numerous calls to get it all straightened out.

Some oddities, but overall a good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit because I had a Whirlpool for 20 years and because I am limited in space. There are several things I like, the LED lighting, the shelving, the freezer overall.
I find the lack of moveable shelves to be a problem. Some shelves are really hard to access as is and the top shelf doesn't provide enough height for a carton of milk. Ice and water in the door work, but the angles needed to extract both are really peculiar, often causing ice to fall or water to drip. There just isn't enough room to access either.
