We had to buy a smaller one than we had before. I thought the smaller size would drive me crazy. However, it works perfectly and so glad we went with the whirlpool. Thanks 😊

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit several weeks ago and as of this writing I am pleased with the unit. Still trying to get used to having a side by side. Over all it is brighter inside. I like the in-freezer door ice and water dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am happy with my new Whirlpool Refrigerator. I had a problem leveling the refrigerator. In fact, I was never able to do so. The instructions stated to raise or lower each side, I needed to turn a screw at the bottom left and right side to adjust. I had to remove the bottom grill first. I had no problem on the right side. On the left side, I finally realized the screw to adjust the left side was not attached to anything. Thus turning it either way was doing nothing. I gave up and quit trying. It is a cumbersome way to adjust the leveling of the refrigerator regardless. Also, the design of the water and ice dispensers is awkward. The ice is dispensed behind the water dispenser. I often find myself knocking the water dispenser in error as I am attempting to dispense ice. I needed a 33" refrigerator due to limited space. It was difficult finding that size as fewer are manufactured than the 36" model. It is frustrating also to see the high prices of all refrigerators that no longer last as long as they once did. Great for the manufacturers but not for a retired person on a fixed income. I know I am venting. Sorry but it is how I feel at the moment. I know I chose the best manufacturer though which is a plus.
