Not As Good As Expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased two weeks ago. Asked for repair service next day to level the doors and the refrigerator in general. The whole appliance shakes when closing or opening the doors.
Purchased a service plan and now having a hard time getting someone on the line to schedule an appointment. Extended wait times (1 hour plus) beyond what I'm willing to accept.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge, wish the water dispenser was centered by the handle and not just on the door, and wish there was a cover so ice doesn't fly everywhere
