Love my Fridge !!

It replaced an aging Whirlpool.
I always stick with Whirlpool because of its performance and reliability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a joke. The shelves are not adjustable. Fitting in a half gallon of milk could use a little more shelf height. Where the water and ice come out, the tray is so small ,some times we get water on the floor. We aways used Whirlpool products ,But if this is way you are making things now, we will stop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a month ago and am pleased with it. It has taken some time to get used to it. The shelves are not adjustable in height so that limits what can go in there and where it can go. Hopefully with time I'll get it all figured out. When I got it home with it one of the wheels was not in place like it should, so I damaged my floor trying to get it moved. I called Whirlpool and the quickly sent someone out to put the wheel back on but nothing has been done to fix my damaged floor.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for about a month. Replaced a Kitchenaid that was the same type. Things i like; the ice maker being large is great. Works well. Dispenser works well also. Also fingerprint proof. Very nice! Dislikes. First, if you open the door when it's running, it turns off and then back on when door is closed. How quick will will the compressor along with other parts last doing that?? Also temperature variation in the fridge. I have seen 2 to 9 degree difference. The top is always colder. Last, non adjustable shelves. Your stuck with the big shelves in one position. I normally don't review products, but I felt I needed to with this.

No, Drip Tray!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My refrigerator did not have drip tray for the water/ice dispenser. I was very disappointed that my Whirlpool did not come with a drip tray. I felt devalued as customer. I am sure Whirlpool knows the refrigerator leak from the dispenser without the drip tray. What happened to the quality and pride in American goods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the refrigerator for 2 weeks and are completely disappointed with the water dispenser. After dispensing water, it drips for a long while, and every drip runs down the front of the refrigerator, leaving a huge mess to clean up on the fridge front, along with the puddle on the floor. We would not choose this model again.
